All goods will be invoiced at effective price on date of shipment.

No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior authorization.

All returned merchandise for credit must be unused.

The end user should assume himself by preliminary testing that the dye-fastness of "WIRE " and "ULTRAPOS" thread is

suitable for his intended use.

"WIRE", "ULTRAPOS" and other threads are manufactured and quality controlled to the highest possible standards.

However, since neither the manufacturer nor any representatives have any control over washing, dry-cleaning

and pressing, and since the value of the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material on which it is sewn,

"WIRE",  "ULTRAPOS" and other brand threads representatives (including the manufacturer) are not responsible for any damage
