Returns will be considered within 30 (thirty) days from the shipping date.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Elize USA, Inc. Restocking fees of minimum 15% of the item price will apply to all returns with the exception of warranty items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Please remember that in order to make a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Elize USA, Inc.
